When we’re working on many projects across several clients at one time, timelines shift and it’s easy to lose focus because we’re having to split our attention. That’s why we schedule a Design Day for your project!

At the beginning of your Design Day, we'll check in to let you know we're starting. We'd like you to be reachable during the Design Day so we can check in with updates, questions and send drafts for your review and feedback.

We dedicate ourselves to you! Your project benefits from distraction-free time blocks and a dedicated day. Projects are organized and there's no competition between your projects and others.

At the end of the day, we'll check in with you to let you know where things stand. We'll talk about next steps, what we still need to accomplish and depending on the scope of work, we'll also discuss scheduling your next Design Day.

REVIEW BENEFITS

It's important to make sure your project is on track. At the end of your Design Day, you'll have time to review your new creative and alert your designer to any changes needed, in real time.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Each project, upon completion, comes with 15 days of support via email. If you need additional work on your project or if there are any remaining fixes required, we will schedule a virtual service call to work through completing those tasks together.

If you’re ready to get started, please get in touch! We begin every project with a one-on-one consultation and review of your brand. Following that, we will send you a customized quote, and if you’re happy with the details, you sign that back to us, pay a 50% deposit and we work with you to schedule your first Design Day. That’s it!
