Creative Spark will schedule a day to work on your design. We'll make you aware of the schedule in advance, and work towards keeping you updated so that you know when to expect your creative. Keep your eyes peeled for a copy of your design to land on this day.

At the end of the day, we'll check in with you to let you know where things stand. We'll talk about next steps, what we still need to accomplish and depending on the scope of work, we'll also discuss scheduling your next Design Day.

REVIEW BENEFITS

It's important to make sure your project is on track. At the end of your Design Day, you'll have time to review your new creative and alert your designer to any changes needed, in real time.

ONGOING SUPPORT

Each project, upon completion, comes with 15 days of support via email. If you need additional work on your project or if there are any remaining fixes required, we will schedule a virtual service call to work through completing those tasks together.

Time to get in touch! We begin every project with a one-on-one consultation and review of your brand. We’ll then send you a customized quote, and if you’re happy with the details, you sign that back to us, pay a 50% deposit and we work with you to schedule your first Design Day. That’s it!
